PlayMateShows is a relatively small adult webcam site with approximately 150 registered performers. At any given time expect to see up to 5 or 6 camhosts online at any one time, and most will be single ladies. The other categories (couples, guys, fetish shows, etc.) offer only a few performers at most.
There are some real beauties here and like most other sites these days, I'm guessing mostly Eastern European. There is a fairly good mix, however, with some Asian ladies, cute blondes, sexy brunettes and a few that definetly fit into the "legal teen" category.
The live chat rates at PlayMateShows are pretty impressive with Private Chat starting at $1.96/min., while Gang Chat starts at $0.96/min. If you only want to see the action, Voyeur Chat is, I believe, $0.96/min.
The chat panel itself is unique (see screen shot) with an indicator to show the performer's connection speed (or is it my speed?), a simple chat interface, a tipping feature and large screen mode. You can also buy credits instantly from any chat screen.
Although they offer a cool feature with archived cam sessions, most performers don't seem to have any. As well, the "Video Rentals" menu lists all performers for you to select a video from but it would be easier if only those with videos were listed. The better way to find videos is to go to a performer's bio page and see if she/he/they have any listed there.
The best feature I found on PlayMateShows was the bio pages. Each camhost has a photo archive, videos (if available), a rating, basic personal info and the ability to book an appointment. There is a performer schedule as well but the Model Schedule (link on the top navigation) has the neat feature of allowing you to set your own time zone.
Lastly, I was disappointed to not find an online Help or FAQ section - just a list of contact e-mail addresses and instant messenger IDs. Although the site is relatively easy to use, it would be nice to have a technical help section, chat tutorial to show the features or a guide to the site in general.

PlayMateShows has only a small number of camhosts currently but there are some real babes here. As mentioned above, you should expect to see only a few online at any one time and although there are schedules, some apparently don't use them. I'd recommend checking the Model Schedule and planning to visit when a hottie you like is online.
Personally, a few caught my eye, namely Karyna, exoticBEAUTY, PrettyDoll and Nicky21 ... I'm just itching to see their shows and will report back with any, uh, highlights! |
