The "free" chat area isn't available until you buy credits, however, you only will spend the credits in private/nude shows.
The real draw of LiveByCam is the nice selection of cam hosts with some real beauties and entertainers here. Since you need to have credits to enter even the free chat rooms, you'll find you can engage the girls (or guys) in conversation more easily and, of course, get a lot more attention. You also can get an idea of the video quality, which for the most part was above average but not great.
LiveByCam offers a Gold Star membership which features access to full photo archives, special attention from camhosts and a customizable home page. There is no charge for this membership - beyond filling out a short form - but it appears you must purchase credits (See Rates below).
Site features include a Favorites list, personal message Inbox (though it looks like you can only receive, not send, messages) and performer bios which include a photo gallery.
Typically you'll find about 30 ladies online at any time with about 450 total ladies registered as cam hosts. Although most performers are solo girls, you will see guys, couples and lesbians too - they just aren't sorted into categories. The easiest way to find them is to go into the Change Settings page and select the categories you want to be shown on the Browse page.

Definetly heavily slanted toward solo cam girls here but a nice selection. As stated above, expect to find 25-35 girls/guys/couples online at any time which is a pretty good selection to choose from.
Again, with the free chat open only to credit holders, you'll be able to "get personal" with most girls rather easily and carry that over into the private shows. |
