KLiveCam offers single studio-based ladies live from Prague in either a chat setting or their voyeur "hostel". Site membership also grants you full access to their partner sites, KScans and KPorn.
Overview
KLiveCam features about 50 or so Eastern European performers in private and voyeur shows. Their billing system is somewhat unique in that they offer a monthly subscription rather than a pay-per-view system (see Rates for details).

My first impression of KLiveCam was that they offer a rather small number of camhosts but there certainly is quality here - especially if Czech, Romanian or Russian ladies are your thing.
I wasn't too optimistic about the payment methods, plunking down $29.90 for a monthly subscription - I'm always cautious when dealing with sites that automatically renew unless you cancel. And they do offer alternate payment including pay-by-phone. Once inside I let the talented - and some incredibly beautiful - ladies take over. The site also features live voyeur video of the models in the bathroom, bedroom, etc.
The live shows are quite good quality and the ladies are quite eager to please, never looking bored or disinterested. Getting their personal attention can be a chore but they chat quite freely.
As a bonus, your monthly subscription allows you access to 5 other K-sites, including KPorn among others. Although I haven't taken a look at each of them, KScans in particulare is heavy on the fetish/bdsm thing.
Lastly, there are several options to sign up: Credit Card, Dialer and Pay-By-Phone (only available in the U.S.)
