One of the rare community video chat sites dedicated to fetish shows, FetishFreakCams offers live webcams in several popular niches. The site is essentially a spin-off of CamContacts with many of the performers available on both sites.
FetishFreakCams Review
This is the first fetish cams site we've reviewed as there aren't many out there. The result is that it's hard to compare to other fetish-specific webcam sites so we'll just judge it on it's own merits.
Live CamContacts, the membership is free (with valid credit card) and this allows you to access performer's personal photo archives and enter free text chat. Of course, any 1-on-1 show costs money and the rates are set by the individual host.
As a community-based site, there are performers from all over: USA, Russia, Not Telling (not sure where that is ... but apparently, it's popular) and so on. The video quality, of course, depends on the camhost's equipment and connection - Something you can't see until you actually enter their chat. Some hosts do offer free video (see if their profile has a "no cost" icon under Options) and some you can phone as well during the performance.
Unfortunately, individual chat rates are not shown under their profile and if the fetish host doesn't allow free chat you'll only know once you start. Thankfully, most of the rates are reasonable compared to other live webcam sites.
FetishFreakCams Features
Added features include a Favorites list and an e-mail account on the site that you can use to contact hosts. I'd recommend chatting with someone before emailing them if you expect a response! Some shows also allow the CamToCam feature so you can be seen while in a video chat room - an increasingly popular option among many live cam sites. Lastly, there is a decent Search function allowing you to narrow down by category (Instant Action, Fetish or Dungeon), country, languages spoken, etc.

As far as fetishes go, there seems to be quite the variety of specialists here: BDSM mistresses, dominatrix shows, anal, dildo, high heels, hairy, mature and so on.
I'm not a big fetish "freak" myself, so I admit I'm not qualified to judge most performers here but there certainly is a lot to choose from. They range from cute 18/19 year-olds with a "naughty" side to real-life mature mistresses and everything in between. The Dungeon section seems to be relatively tame - I didn't see any Gimp look-alikes - but a lot of leather, whips and flogging/bdsm gear!
