Launched in November, 2005, CamClub appears to be growing rapidly - I've typically found a few hundred hosts online at any time. This model seems to be popular as 2 of the biggest cam sites use a similar approach - both iFriends and ImLive.
Like in other community chat sites (that is, sites where members can broadcast and/or become hosts themselves) there are several categories to choose from, including Just Friends, Centerfolds and Intimate Encounters (for both men and women as well as alternative/fetish categories.
In the Centerfolds category you will find real adult film and web stars such as Aimee Sweet and Sunny Leone who do periodic live shows. You won't find this almost any other cam site. (What's better, they charge a reasonable private chat rate).
The per-minute rates vary by the type of show and performer. There is a basic webcam chat (group chat with likely no nudity), private (1-on-1), voyeur (basically "invisible" mode), keyhole chat (free but smaller/slower video) and Cam2Cam (available in private chat only).
Unlike some other community chat sites, however, you're personal options are limited - you can't create a profile or broadcast on your own (unless you sign up as a host). You can create and manage a favorites list and models alert so there are advantages above most adult cam sites.
Some other points to note: In the Just Friends category some hosts are clearly marked as Non Nude shows. Selected hosts offer free video which is a nice way to check out the video quality and peformer without being charged first. I'd also suggest the keyhole chat. Some hosts offer audio and even phone talk, check their profile or chat room for more details.

Variety is the key here with performers from all age groups, races, physical dimensions and performers in just about every category. Once they add more hosts I'm sure the quantity and quality will match the bigger sites like Imlive.
In terms of performance, I found the few hosts I chatted with to be very attentive, friendly and in private chat, very willing to listen to my kinky wishes. Obviously, some of these ladies are home-based and therefore more enthusiastic about making money! |
